Jason helps organizations build clearer strategy, stronger leaders, and highly effective teams. As both a successful entrepreneur and business consultant, he brings a real-world approach to developing the people who drive results, especially in high-pressure, fast-moving industries.
As Founder of The Operating Edge, Jason partners with senior leadership teams to close the gap between strategy and execution. Through straightforward, repeatable systems, he helps organizations create alignment, build high-performing teams, and drive consistent results. His programs turn leadership theory into practical tools managers and teams can use immediately.
Previously, Jason served as Director of Leadership Management Training, leading initiatives across industries to develop managers, emerging leaders, and executive teams. Before that, he built and scaled Chance Productions, a nationally recognized company featured in Martha Stewart Weddings and Vogue Australia.
A Certified Executive Coach and InBusiness Executive of the Year (2022), Jason is known for his direct, practical, results-focused style. His work moves organizations beyond good intentions to lasting behavioral change by connecting leadership development to the real-world challenges of execution.

At The Operating Edge, Alyssa supports the company’s operations and long-term growth while staying closely connected to the Madison business community. Her background spans leadership roles in law, finance, and business ownership, making her a versatile contributor to the company’s mission.
