Orders & Pricing

  • Orders placed through the website are offers to purchase; we may accept or decline at our discretion.
  • Prices, taxes, and shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
  • We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. Errors may be corrected, and affected orders may be adjusted or canceled.

Delivery

  • Physical goods: Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery by the carrier.
  • Digital products/services: Delivered electronically to the email/account provided.

Refunds & Disputes

  • Policy: The Operating Edge LLC will issue refunds within 30 days following resolution of any disputes (including chargebacks, claims, or investigations).
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (or purchase for digital goods).
  • Physical items must be returned in original condition unless defective. Digital goods and downloadable resources are nonreturnable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.

Payment

  • By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method.
  • All payments must be completed before products are shipped or delivered.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the site for unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activities (e.g., fraud, malware, intellectual property infringement).

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, digital downloads, online resources, training materials, trademarks, and other intellectual property on this site are owned by The Operating Edge LLC or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the site and any purchased or authorized resources solely for your internal business purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any materials without our prior written consent. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Operating Edge LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order within the last 12 months.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold The Operating Edge LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

Disputes & Governing Law

If unresolved, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our services, or our materials shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

The arbitration shall take place in Wisconsin (unless otherwise mutually agreed) and will be conducted by a single arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered on the award in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You and The Operating Edge LLC agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
